-The Gel Elbow/Heel Protector has a removable, shock-absorbing gel pad that measures 9 x 16 cm. The sleeves are machine washable. Remove gel pad prior to washing. Air dry. These products do not contain natural rubber latex. Sold in pairs.

To size, measure circumference of elbow or heel where it bends. If in between sizes, choose the larger size.
